After seeing the Peregrine Falcon at Goomburra today, not much else could top our day and it was only early in the morning! Eastern Rosellas and Crimson Rosellas were a delight to see. The weather was very rainy, wet and cold, however we will still did the Mt Castle Lookout Walk and the Dalrymple Creek Walk. Sadly no sightings of a Fleays Barred Frog or a Platypus but that would have been a hard ask after seeing the Peregrine Falcon & Eastern Rosellas!! The Bell Miner was also a newbie for me! J.G.

ReplyDeleteHi Oscar, thanks for the comment. The images are all at Goombura in the Main Range National Park, South East Queensland, Australia. The creek in which they are photographed is Dalrymple Creek. It is beautiful although the area was once used for forestry timber it is now a national park.
